Red Rock Lake (July 2)

This morning (July 2) we packed up our things and went downstairs to eat breakfast and we got stopped and asked by an award wining photographer if he could take Abigail and I's picture!!!!!!!! So we did, it was fun. Then we headed on over to hike to Red Rock Lake. This is right at the next place we are staying, called Swift Current motor inn. The hike was 4 miles long.

The hike to the lake was beautiful and we saw many great things along the way! 

Then we got to see one of the most amazing things, we saw was a great Grizzly Bear!!!!!

He was huge!

He was really awesome! :) He was just digging and foraging for food. 

The whole way, especially the second part of the hike, we were singing loudly and making lots of noise, so that we didn't surprise a grizzly bear. 

Then after the bear was made it to Red Rock Lake and Falls.

The falls were stunning.

Then just now on our way back to the hotel was saw a black bear on the side of the road! (but it was so quick, I got no pictures.

It has been an amazing day! We saw a grizzly on foot and a black bear! Oh and we also saw some more cute ground squirrels.
